Our goal is to provide a solid shipping, handling, and returns policy and guidelines that applies to all purchases. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time in keeping with current shipping rates.
Upon receiving cleared payment, we will attempt to ship your order within two (2) business days. All orders ship through United States Postal Service (USPS). We reserve the right to ship using other shipping services, such as UPS or FedEx, at any time. If we do, we will inform you if we make this adjustment. There will be no additional shipping charges if we alter your shipping method, unless you specifically requested us to alter your order. Shipping modifications and other similar requests made after you submit an order may be subject to an additional handling fee on a per order basis.
All non-holographic cards will be sent in a soft penny sleeve with up to 10 non-holographic cards per sleeve, or bundled together in a soft card bag with up to 75 non-holographic cards per soft card bag. All holographic cards will be individually sleeved in a soft penny sleeve and may or may not come with a toploader. All Lv. X, prime, LEGEND, Pokemon-EX, and Secret Holo cards will be sent in a sealed toploader for extra protection. It is our belief based on personal experiences that a sealed toploader insures more safety than an unsealed toploader. No more than two (2) sleeved cards will be in each toploader.
A cleared payment must be recieved before your order ships. Any in-stock items purchased and paid with a pre-order item will ship altogether upon the pre-order item's release date.
In-Store Pickup - Email required to schedule pickup, or leave a note/comment within your order to schedule pickup. You have seven (7) days to schedule a pickup and seven (7) additional days to physically pickup your order. Orders without a scheduled pickup will be canceled on or after eight (8) days. On ocassion, an event pickup will be listed as an option. If so, please provide additional contact information, such as a cell phone number, with your order so we may inform you of our location. Or, we recommed you follow us on Twitter. It is the buyer's responsibility to pickup their order at our location for the event.
Virginia Event Pickup - Email required to schedule pickup, or leave a note/comment within your order to schedule pickup. You have seven (7) days to schedule a pickup. Pickup can only be made at the leagues in Patrick Henry library or Fairfax Hobby Works. If you fail to appear during your scheduled day, you have an additional seven (7) days to reschedule a pickup. Orders after two failed pickups will be canceled. If we faill to appear during your scheduled day, we will ship your item free of charge.

We ensure and guarantee that all our cards are in MINT TO NEAR-MINT CONDITION UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. We take pride in maintaining our high standards. Our condition is as described on Wikipedia.org regarding trading card condition. Should you find that your card is less than near-mint condition, please reply to your order email or send a new email to us. Then, return the damaged card to us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will attempt to replace the damaged card in question. If we do not have a replacement card, your money will be refunded through your same payment method used during checkout. For returns after 7 days, your account will be given store credit.
In-Stock Orders
For all orders placed, you may request a 100% no-hassle refund if your item has not shipped. Please reply to your order email or send us a new email, with your order number, to inform us that you wish to cancel your order. Your payment will be refunded within two (2) business days through the same payment method used during checkout.
Pre-Orders
For all pre-orders, you may request a 100% no-hassle refund at anytime prior to two (2) days of its in-stock date. For example, an item with an in-stock date of the 15th must be canceled by the 13th. Please reply to your order email or send us a new email, with your order number, to inform us that you wish to cancel your order. Your payment will be refunded within two (2) business days through the same payment method used during checkout.
